We are the Blazers:

Tim and Andrea, Moriah (2) and Robert (4)
Since arriving in Bauru in August of 2000, we have successfully completed our language study and have started the process of beginning a new church plant here.

During this last year, we have already been able to be involved in several ministries including:

  • Two University Bible studies at a local Catholic University,
  • English Bible Hour (a church service in English held on Sunday mornings)
  • Surveying the city for the location to begin a new church

We are planning to soon start a home Bible study with several unsaved couples. Our prayer is that this Bible study will produce a base to integrate into our church plant. Our focus will also be to get to know our target people for our new church.

We feel that God has lead us here to Bauru to establish Biblically balanced, Baptist churches. Everything that we seek to do here will be working toward that goal. As God has blessed us with different talents and abilities, our prayer is that He will open doors to use them to reach people for Christ and integrate into these new churches.
